• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and ELV systems.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accurate scope coverage.
• Develop BOQs, cost breakdowns, and value engineering proposals.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and project management teams to align estimates with execution strategies.
• Benchmark supplier quotations, evaluate risks, and optimize cost competitiveness.
• Maintain estimation databases, historical cost records, and market intelligence.
• Support senior management in bid/no-bid decisions and strategic pricing.
• Mentor junior estimators and foster a culture of accuracy and accountability.
Skills
• 10+ years of experience in MEP estimation, preferably with large-scale projects (datacenters, hospitals, universities, government facilities).
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
