​✅ Candidate Requirements:

 ​ ​Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in English is a must

 ​Must have a valid KDL/ Ku and own a car.

 ​High level of discipline regarding office attendance and reporting procedures. 

 ​Strong existing network of property owners and potential investors.

 ​Preferable to have experience in using CRM systems

 إجادة استخدام أنظمة إدارة العملاء (CRM)

Key Responsibilities:

 ​Identify and list new properties for sale or rent.

 ​Conduct professional property viewings and client meetings.

 ​Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet monthly targets.

 ​Provide regular reports to the Management and CEO regarding lead status.
