What we’re looking for
· Valid Kuwait Article 18 & Kuwaiti Driving License
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in freight sales, sales management
· Proven exposure to multimodal transport, export/import, and special cargo handling (e.g., OOG, military, offshore, rigs, ship spares, oil & gas)
· Market knowledge of services, suppliers, operators and rate levels
· Strong customer orientation and commercial mindset
· Excellent communication skills in English
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, MICS / and or CILT member
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
· Spoken Arabic is an advantage

Manager – Sales (Shipping & Logistics)
Location: Kuwait
If you’re a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager, you could be the person we’re looking for to join our growing team in Kuwait. If you're passionate about logistics, motivated by performance, and experienced in managing freight solutions across multimodal platforms — we want to hear from you.
We provide a range of shipping, logistics, and marine services including RORO, FCL/LCL, OOG, project logistics, breakbulk, warehousing, ship spares in transit, AOG support, live events logistics, customs brokerage, military movements, transportation and tailored solutions for the oil & gas sector.
The Job
· Effectively manage the sales team and work with them to meet set objectives.
· Maintain a personal sales portfolio and be accountable for individual revenue contributions.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities across local and international markets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to inform business decisions.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services and client satisfaction.
· Troubleshoot operational issues in coordination with internal teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
· Support the Finance team by following up with customers on overdue payments and ensuring timely collections.
· Adhere to company policies (HSSE, compliance, etc.).
