Role Summary The Electrical Engineer will oversee and manage all electrical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
This role ensures that electrical systems are designed, installed, and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
The engineer will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, review technical submissions, and support the successful delivery of electrical works within infrastructure or building projects.
Key Responsibilities Review electrical design drawings, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Monitor electrical works on-site to ensure adherence to project standards, safety requirements, and timelines.
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and best practices.
Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and coordination workshops.
Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates related to electrical activities.
Contribute to value engineering initiatives and design optimization efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure or building projects.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methodologies, and industry standards.
Experience working on large‑scale or complex developments is preferred.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
