Description
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting women during pregnancy and after childbirth through safe, evidence-based movement and wellness programs. The role focuses on physical preparation for pregnancy, postnatal recovery, core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, and overall maternal well-being.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-natal and post-natal coaching sessions (group and one-to-one) tailored to each stage of pregnancy and post-partum recovery
- Design trimester-specific and post-natal recovery programs that are safe and effective
- Provide guidance on breathing techniques, posture, mobility, functional strength, and body awareness
- Support pelvic floor and core rehabilitation using non-medical, evidence-based approaches
- Monitor client progress and adapt programs to individual needs
- Educate clients on safe movement, lifestyle adjustments, and wellness practices during pregnancy and post-partum
- Maintain accurate client records and follow all clinic safety and wellness protocols
- Collaborate with other wellness and healthcare professionals, referring clients when necessary.

Education & Qualifications:
- Certified Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Coach or equivalent recognized certification.
- Preferred certifications in: Pelvic Floor Training, Postnatal Recovery & Core Rehabilitation, Pregnancy-Safe Exercise Programming, or Breathwork and Relaxation Techniques.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with pre-natal and/or post-natal clients
- Background in fitness, physiotherapy, sports science, midwifery, nursing, or a related health field is preferred.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
