Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Control Engineer to join our engineering team on a full-time basis in Kuwait. 

This position offers hands-on experience in designing, integrating, and optimizing control systems for industrial processes. 

The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support the development and commissioning of robust automation solutions BMS , 

Smart System IOT & lighting control system that enhance efficiency, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and validation of control strategies for BMS ,PLC, SCADA, .
• Contribute to programming and commissioning of automation equipment, including sensors, actuators, drives, and DDC.
• Perform data collection, analysis, and troubleshooting of control loops to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
• Assist in creating detailed documentation, technical drawings, and test plans.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software teams to ensure seamless integration of control solutions.
• Participate in risk assessments, safety reviews, and quality assurance activities.
• Support field engineers and technicians during installation and commissioning phases.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or a related field) or pursuing near-completion as an intern in a similar program.
• Strong foundational knowledge of control systems, PLC programming, and basic instrumentation.
• Familiarity with BMS ,and industrial communication protocols is preferred.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills; ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus given local project requirements.
