Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking within Kuwait.
- Present and promote treatment options, pricing, and value propositions to patients and referral sources with accurate, compliant information.
- Coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with clinicians, ensuring plans are feasible, compliant, and aligned with patient goals and timelines.
- Schedule and manage patient assessments, consultations, and follow-up appointments to enhance care continuity.
- Prepare and deliver clear treatment plan recommendations, including cost estimates, insurance considerations, and payment options.
- Monitor and track sales activities, targets, and outcomes using CRM systems; provide regular reports to management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and other healthcare professionals to generate referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement campaigns and materials that support treatment offerings.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, ethical, and privacy standards in all client interactions and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s) in a relevant field; healthcare-related studies are a plus.
- Internship-level experience or early-career exposure in sales, healthcare, or patient services.
- Basic understanding of clinical treatment planning processes and common medical terminology preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software; ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous for local outreach.
- Ability to work full-time and travel within Kuwait as needed; valid Kuwait work authorization.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
