Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and deliveries against purchase orders
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and material issuance
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all items in the store/warehouse
- Issue materials to departments as per approved requests
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock to procurement/management
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly/annual inventory audits
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store area
- Handle returned, damaged, or obsolete items properly
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and HSE requirements
Skills
Proven experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Assistant
Knowledge of inventory control and stock management systems
Basic computer skills (Excel / ERP system preferred)
Ability to read and understand invoices, delivery notes, and material codes
Physically fit and able to handle materials
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preference for candidates with transferable visa in Kuwait
