The IT Support & Social Media Officer is responsible for ensuring the stability and availability of IT systems, ERP support (MS Dynamics 365), reporting, digital marketing activities, social media management, and website/e-commerce operations across head office and branches.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT & Technical Support
- Ensure daily availability and stability of local networks, Wi-Fi, internet, IP phones, and data links across head office and branches.
- Monitor and maintain security cameras, digital screens, fingerprint systems, KNET devices, printers, and scanners.
- Provide first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) and Retail POS systems.
- Manage Office 365, Outlook connectivity, and user awareness of spam and security alerts.
- Perform regular hardware, operating system, and software health checks and updates.
- Maintain NAS, file sharing, data access rights, archiving, and backups.
- Coordinate with vendors for printer and hardware maintenance.
- Provide IT support, training, and system setup for staff upon request.
2. ERP, POS & System Support
- Add and maintain items, pricing, promotions, and inventory movements in Dynamics 365.
- Handle posting errors, inventory adjustments, journals, and POS-related issues.
- Support staff with ERP and POS training and troubleshooting.
3. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports from Dynamics 365, including:
- * Sales, stock on-hand, inventory aging, staff sales, and voided transactions.
- * Generate attendance and fingerprint system reports when required.
- * Prepare digital marketing and social media performance reports (reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, and sales impact).
- * Track website traffic and Facebook Ads performance.
4. Digital Marketing & E-Marketing
- Follow and execute the approved marketing calendar.
- Research and evaluate local events and marketing opportunities in Kuwait.
- Coordinate with operations for upcoming campaigns and promotions.
- Manage sponsored digital ads, targeting, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Prepare annual marketing calendars aligned with Kuwait official holidays and events.

- Update and maintain company websites and e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor stock availability, payment gateways, orders, and system performance.
- Coordinate online orders with operations and print order summaries when needed.
- Update banners, images, products, promotions, and website content.
- Follow up with third-party applications and payment gateways for issues or updates.
Skills
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT support, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/ ERP systems
- Good understanding of POS systems and retail operations
- Digital marketing and social media management skills
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and analytics
- Website and e-commerce management knowledge
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–4 years experience in IT support, ERP systems, or a similar role
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or multi-branch environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in Kuwait market is an advantage
