We are seeking a dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients by assessing their health status, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  3. Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.
  4. Document all patient interactions and care provided in the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring accurate and timely updates to facilitate continuity of care.
  5. Assist in the coordination of patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  6. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance the overall quality of care delivered.
  7. Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations, minimizing the risk of healthcare-associated infections.
  8. Support the training and orientation of new nursing staff, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of learning and teamwork.
  9. Stay current with advancements in nursing practice and healthcare technology by participating in professional development opportunities and attending relevant workshops and seminars.
