  1. Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and inspections on post mix machines to ensure optimal functionality, utilizing your mechanical and electrical skills to prevent operational disruptions.
  2. Diagnose and repair issues related to refrigeration and cooling systems, applying your knowledge to restore machines to full working order efficiently.
  3. Read and interpret technical manuals and machine diagrams, allowing for accurate troubleshooting and effective repairs of equipment and spare parts.
  4. Replace faulty components and spare parts as necessary, ensuring that all repairs meet safety and operational standards to maintain high service quality.
  5. Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively, demonstrating strong comprehension and communication skills in both English and the technical realm.
  6. Collaborate with team members to address performance issues, sharing insights and solutions that contribute to improved operational efficiency.
  7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, documenting all actions taken to create a comprehensive history of machine performance.
  8. Assist in training new technicians on best practices for the maintenance and operation of fountain machines, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.

Skills

  • High school diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering is required for this role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with refrigeration and cooling systems, particularly in the context of soft drink machines.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals, and machine diagrams for effective troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in repairing and replacing spare parts, ensuring that all repairs are completed to industry standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to follow instructions and collaborate with team members.
  • Experience with fountain machines is strongly preferred, providing a relevant background for this role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
