We are seeking a professional and well-spoken Female Call Center Agent to join our dermatology and aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, managing patient appointments, and providing accurate information about dermatology and aesthetic services, while delivering an exceptional patient experience that reflects the clinic’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls professionally and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately
- Explain dermatology and aesthetic services (e.g. laser, Botox, fillers, skincare treatments)
- Follow up with patients before and after treatments as per clinic protocols
- Address patient concerns and complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Coordinate with reception and medical teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain and update patient records in the clinic system
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with patient privacy standards
Skills
Female candidate only
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English is a strong advantage
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or front desk role within a dermatology or aesthetic clinic
Good knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic treatments and related terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple calls efficiently
Basic computer skills and experience with appointment booking systems
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
