A well-established travel & tourism company, operating since 2012, is seeking an experienced Tourism & Travel Manager to lead and manage its tourism operations.
Key Responsibilities:* Manage and oversee all tourism and travel operations* Develop competitive travel packages (leisure, family, luxury, seasonal)* Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and international suppliers* Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors* Supervise booking processes and ensure service quality* Collaborate with marketing team on promotions and campaigns* Analyze market trends and customer demand* Lead and manage the tourism team effectively
Requirements:* Minimum 5 years experience in travel & tourism* Previous managerial or supervisory role preferred* Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre is a plus)* Excellent communication and leadership skills* Fluent in Arabic and good command of English* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
