Job Title: Site Engineer (Fit-Out Projects - S.E)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer with 4+ years of experience in fit-out projects to supervise site activities and ensure projects are completed according to plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role requires collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for efficient execution within budget and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily fit-out activities, coordinate with subcontractors, manage manpower, and schedule material deliveries. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and protocols.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and conduct checks to resolve deficiencies, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations on-site and conduct safety assessments to mitigate risks.
• Progress Monitoring: Track on-site progress against schedules, identify deviations, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports detailing accomplishments and areas for improvement.
• Budget Awareness: Monitor project budgets, alerting the Project Director of potential overruns and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution and alignment with project goals.
• Resource Management: Manage on-site resources efficiently, including materials and labor, while coordinating timely deliveries.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in fit-out projects (commercial, retail, office spaces).
• In-depth understanding of fit-out processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
