  • Determine the vacancy requirements through job description and liaises with department to understand the job/vacancy prerequisites and specifications.
  • Identifies and sources candidates through variety of the recruitment sources such as online job portals, social media, resume database, referrals etc.
  • Reviews, analyses and shortlist candidate profiles as per the JDs and business requirements.
  • Organizes and conducts interviews and assessments for the shortlisted candidates.
  • Assist in processing and entering employee information such as personal data, compensation and benefits in HR module.
  • Prepare employment contract and ensure adherence to the local laws and regulations
  • Conduct employee orientation and onboarding.
  • Ensure fulfilment of all employee separation procedures (i.e. resignation, termination, retirement, conducting exit interviews, etc).
  • Investigate disciplinary incidences and solve/reports to HR Lead suggesting next’s step and prepare summery reports.
  • Prepare internal, external memos, announcements, etc.

Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual (Arabic and English)
  • Time management
  • Dynamic individual with an HR background with an ability to screen and select suitable candidates.
  • Knowledge of Kuwait labour law is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
