Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end international purchasing activities for assigned product categories. • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with overseas suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and consistent quality. • Oversee import documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance with relevant regulations. • Monitor market trends, currency movements, and supplier performance. • Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely order fulfillment. • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) to support operational requirements.

Skills

Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in international purchasing or procurement. • Experience in food trading / FMCG purchasing is highly preferred. • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor-management capabilities. • Solid understanding of Incoterms, international shipping, customs documentation, and compliance standards. • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
