• Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective/preventive actions are applied
• Provide safety training and toolbox talks
• Prepare incident/inspection reports
Skills
• BSc in Environment, Safety, or a related field from a reputable university
• Strong experience in developing HSE policies and conducting risk assessments
• Hands-on experience with site inspections and safety compliance
• Previous experience in PAHW / Government projects is a strong advantage
• Must be currently based in Kuwait with valid Civil ID
