HR Officer

To provide comprehensive HR services to designated business areas and employees, contributing to overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee onboarding of locally hired candidates and manage hiring documentation.
  • Register new employees in the HR system or pre-register candidates as required.
  • Process employee leaves (annual, sick, etc.).
  • Handle HR administrative activities, including RAFs, job offers, leave management, and EDAFs.
  • Coordinate and process business card requests.
  • Manage archiving of HR-related files and documents.
  • Coordinate and arrange employee training requests.
  • Provide administrative support in creating and updating job descriptions and organization charts.
  • Administer annual performance appraisals.
  • Provide coverage for teammates during absences.
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate required reports and ensure documentation adheres to established standards and procedures.
  • Comply with departmental policies and procedures to ensure adherence and consistency.
  • Verify and validate HR data and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication within the organization and with external clients.

Skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong command over English & Arabic - Need Bilingual.
