To provide comprehensive HR services to designated business areas and employees, contributing to overall organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee onboarding of locally hired candidates and manage hiring documentation.
- Register new employees in the HR system or pre-register candidates as required.
- Process employee leaves (annual, sick, etc.).
- Handle HR administrative activities, including RAFs, job offers, leave management, and EDAFs.
- Coordinate and process business card requests.
- Manage archiving of HR-related files and documents.
- Coordinate and arrange employee training requests.
- Provide administrative support in creating and updating job descriptions and organization charts.
- Administer annual performance appraisals.
- Provide coverage for teammates during absences.
- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate required reports and ensure documentation adheres to established standards and procedures.
- Comply with departmental policies and procedures to ensure adherence and consistency.
- Verify and validate HR data and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Maintain clear and effective communication within the organization and with external clients.
Skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong command over English & Arabic - Need Bilingual.
