We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in As Salimiyah, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in surveying techniques and practices, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision. This role is essential to our projects, ensuring that land boundaries, topography, and construction layouts are accurately measured and documented. The Land Surveyor will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide critical data that informs project planning and execution. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed land surveys using various surveying equipment and technologies to gather accurate measurements and data.
2. Prepare and maintain accurate records, maps, and reports related to survey data and findings.
3. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide surveying input for project planning and design.
4. Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and safety protocols during all surveying activities.
5. Analyze survey data to determine boundaries, topography, and features of land parcels.
6. Utilize CAD software to create and modify land survey drawings and plans.
7. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
8. Conduct fieldwork, including site visits and measurements, to verify survey data and resolve discrepancies.
9. Stay updated with advancements in surveying technology and practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
10. Train and mentor junior surveyors and technicians in surveying techniques and best practices.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Possesses a degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Holds relevant certifications and licenses for surveying practice in Kuwait.
3. Demonstrates a strong understanding of surveying principles, methods, and equipment.
4. Exhibits excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
5. Has experience with CAD software and other surveying technologies.
