We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical & L.V Maintenance Engineer to join a leading Contracting and Maintenance Company in Kuwait. This role requires an individual with a strong background in electrical engineering and maintenance, particularly in low voltage systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment within our facilities. You will play a crucial role in maintaining safety standards while optimizing the performance of our electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in low voltage systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
3. Coordinate and oversee electrical installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
4. Collaborate with other engineering teams to design and implement electrical upgrades and modifications to existing systems.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, generating reports as necessary.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance staff and other departments regarding electrical issues.
7. Ensure that all electrical work complies with national and local electrical codes and standards.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff on electrical safety and maintenance procedures.
9. Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends related to electrical engineering and maintenance.
10. Participate in emergency response activities related to electrical failures, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
11. Submit reports on weekly and monthly basis to the Project Manager.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 7 Years experience in the respective field.
2. Possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering with KSE and ministry approvals, with relevant certifications in electrical maintenance.
3. Demonstrates a strong understanding of low voltage systems and electrical safety standards.
4. Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
5. Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
6. Shows a proactive approach to maintenance and a commitment to continuous improvement.
7. Possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Is detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety in all aspects of work.
9. Has experience in training or mentoring junior staff in electrical maintenance practices.
10. Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a commitment to professional development.
11. Is adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and methods in electrical maintenance.
