We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mall Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our retail establishment in Al Farawaniyah, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the mall runs smoothly and efficiently, while providing a safe and pleasant shopping experience for all customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of retail operations. The Mall Supervisor will work closely with various departments, including security, maintenance, and customer service, to ensure that all aspects of the mall are functioning optimally. Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the mall, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and train mall staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Monitor customer service levels and address any complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure the safety and security of all mall patrons and staff.
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the mall, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and presentable.

- Conduct regular inspections of the mall facilities to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management.
