- Communicate with potential clients by phone, WhatsApp, and email in Arabic and English.
- Explain INSIJAM’s coaching services clearly and encourage clients to book sessions.
- Manage and update the company website (simple edits and uploads; training provided).
- Follow up with clients and record updates in the system.
- Support basic online and administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a professional, warm, and positive tone in all interactions.

- Tech-savvy — comfortable using websites, online forms, and simple digital tools.
- Basic understanding of website management or willingness to learn (WordPress or similar).
- Organized with good attention to detail.
- Reliable, professional, and positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or online coordination preferred.
- Passion for personal growth, coaching, or helping others is a plus.
