Position Title: Sales Administrator

Working Hours: 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break), 5 days/week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Sales Administrator to support our Public Sector Sales Team.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of sales operations, from order processing to reporting and tender management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Order Management:
Process customer orders via phone or email; ensure accuracy in order entries and invoicing.
· Customer Service:
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, handling inquiries related to products, orders, and delivery schedules.
· Sales Team Support:
Provide administrative support to sales representatives and maintain sales records.
· Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
· Reporting:
Generate monthly sales reports and relay customer feedback to relevant departments.
· Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on sales target achievements and identify deviations proactively.
· Quotations & Costing:
Prepare client quotations and cost sheets with a focus on profitability and compliance.
· Tender & Proposal Management:
Participate in tender preparations, closures, and documentation, ensuring all deadlines and criteria are met.
· CRM Management:
Keep the CRM system up to date with sales engagements and opportunities.
Requirements:
· Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office, particularly Excel
· Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics
· Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
· Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
· Capable of working under tight deadlines
· Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
· Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline are a plus
