Required urgently Sales Representative for a Multinational food production company located in Shuwaikh.
Position Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing schedules to call on prospective new accounts.
- Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Regularly call on existing customers to process orders and generate new sales
- Identifying customer needs and expediting the resolution of problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction; monitoring sales volumes and recommending products and solutions.
- Multidimensional skills including but not limited to customer service, damage control, money collections, handling accounts payable for clients, managing low percentage of credits and returns, etc.
- Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments such as purchasing, warehouse and transportation.
- Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Analyzing the territory/market’s potential, tracking sales and status reports.
- Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keeping abreast of best practices and industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Arabic National
- 2 years of food industry related experience
- Technologically competent; familiar with office software, remote internet connectivity, and inventory management systems
- Outside sales experience and ability to keep up in a fast -paced environment.
- Customer service comprehension
- Experience meeting sales goals
- Competent closing skills
- Familiar with territory management
- Able to put together and execute new business prospecting plans
- Proven negotiator
- Self-confident/motivated
- Organized strategy for maintaining product knowledge
- Effective presentation skills
- Extensive local travel – valid driver’s license preferred
