The IT Support Administrator is responsible for providing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, administration, account management, and resolution of software and hardware issues. This is a full-time permanent position based on-campus and reports to the Manager, IT. This position is the primary user interface in the IT support structure.
Qualification & Experience:
- Knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Cisco switches, Cisco phones, Microsoft Windows and Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, SharePoint, SQL 2005/2008 servers, MS Access, HTML, HyperV, Backup software, SAN storage
- Degree or Diploma in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-4 years related experience.
