The Role

The role of project manager is to lead and execute all Vol.1 events, product launches, pop- ups, laborations and any other non- operational projects. The project manager works together with the strategic consultants, the creative team and the operational team to deliver the Vol.1 brand experience. The projects have various degrees of complexities and requires extensive
knowledge on the local market, suppliers and vendors.

The Person

The Responsibilities

Develop high- level budgets for projects

Create project critical paths with corresponding estimated timelines

Plan resources efficiently and effectively according to project brief and requirements

Execute project tasks in accordance to the project plan

Coordinating with third party consultants, suppliers and vendors to ensure that communication is concise and on time

Manage risks and issues in an empowered manner

Flexible with budget and time constraints with creative problem solving

Keep all documentation organized and accessible

Monitor and report project progression and quality in a timely and concise manner

Lead a team of project officers and delegate tasks responsibly Negotiate vendor and supplier contracts with full market knowledge Manage third party contractors in a professional manner
Assess benefit realization for projects and make recommendations accordingly

Brainstorm ideas and participate in training and workshops Familiarize with company's vision, mission and goals Maintain a positive brand image at all times

The Competencies

A love of coffee and everything coffee

A positive attitude and willingness to encourage co- workers

Minimum of 6- 8 years experience in project management or related industry Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role or entrepreneurship Skilled at executing projects and managing budgets
Excellent communications skills

The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary

Being organized, structured and result driven
