Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient visits to optimize clinic workflow.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information about services and procedures.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with health regulations.
- Process patient payments and insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
