The Receptionist & Secretary role at our Dental Center & Clinic in Kuwait is a vital position that ensures smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. As the first point of contact for our patients, the Receptionist & Secretary will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and facilitating efficient clinic operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  2. Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient visits to optimize clinic workflow.
  3. Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information about services and procedures.
  4. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with health regulations.
  5. Process patient payments and insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
  6. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
  7. Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  8. Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
  9. Handle patient follow-ups and reminders to enhance patient engagement.
  10. Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving clinic operations.

Preferred Candidate:

  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and clinic management software.
