• Supervise electrical maintenance activities for cranes and lifting equipment.
  
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
  
• Diagnose electrical faults and ensure timely repairs.
  
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures.
  
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with operations teams.
  
• Maintain maintenance records and equipment documentation.
  
• Guide and supervise technicians during maintenance activities.
  
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
  

• Electrical Maintenance – Industrial electrical troubleshooting and repair.
  
• Crane Maintenance – Experience with crane electrical systems.
  
• Lifting Equipment Maintenance – Inspection and maintenance knowledge.
  
• Preventive Maintenance – Planning and execution of PM schedules.
  
• Safety Compliance – Knowledge of industrial electrical safety standards.
  

• PLC troubleshooting
  
• GCC/Kuwait maintenance experience
  
• Team leadership and reporting
  

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, specifically involving cranes and lifting equipment. Experience in industrial plants, construction, or heavy engineering environments is preferred.

• Minimum: Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  
• Additional: Electrical Safety or Crane Maintenance Certifications (if available)
