Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager Location: Juba, South Sudan Industry: Hospitality / Food & Beverage Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, profitability, and compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all Food & Beverage operations. Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Monitor food quality, hygiene, health, and safety standards. Control costs, budgets, inventory, and stock levels. Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams to achieve performance goals. Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards. Mandatory Requirements:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage management within hotels, restaurants, resorts, catering, or hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of F&B operations, inventory management, budgeting, and cost control. Proven experience in team leadership and staff development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Preferred:Experience working in Africa, GCC, or international hospitality environments.
