The role in brief:
You'll be responsible to help support your employer's computer systems by installing, designing, and protecting them. This includes working on local area networks, network segments, Internet systems, and wide area networks.

Your responsibilities

• Implementation and the high level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems.
• Serve as a technical expert in the area of system administration for complex operating systems. Investigate and analyze feasibility of system requirements and develop system specifications. Identify methods and solutions.
• Installation, configuration, and upgrading of servers and related hardware and software in a LAN, WAN, and stand-alone environment.
• Investigation, diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software, and infrastructure.

Requirements

Your qualification

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Computer Application.
• MCSE/MCSA certification and application-level certification related to Exchange and Storage will be an added advantage.
• Should be fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Must have good communication skills, both verbal and oral, and be a self-starter.

Your proficiencies

• Knowledge in network hardware infrastructure, diagnosis, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic would be an added advantage.
• Capacity to deal with complex problems with ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision making.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, motivated and a team player with team management, business, and organization understanding.
• Organized, highly motivated, and goal-oriented.
