Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all daily facilities and maintenance activities within the residence. Supervise and coordinate in-house maintenance staff and external contractors. Handle and monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works. Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of all systems and equipment. Coordinate and follow up with approved vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, quality, and timelines. Manage and control maintenance tools, spare parts, and materials, ensuring availability when required. Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters with the Owner and family. Ensure the overall condition, cleanliness, and presentation of the residence are maintained to a high standard. Coordinate facility readiness during special events, visits, or gatherings, ensuring smooth operations without disruption. Respond to urgent facility issues when required and ensure timely resolution. Maintain proper documentation, records, and basic reports, including professional email communication when needed. Ensure all works are executed in compliance with safety, quality, and confidentiality standards. Strictly adhere to privacy, security, and confidentiality protocols at all times.
Required Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, residential maintenance, or similar roles. Strong hands-on experience in:Electrical works Plumbing systems Air conditioning / HVACBasic carpentry and general maintenance Proven experience in supervising technicians and contractors. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email handling. Good organizational, time, and resource management skills. High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory). Fluent in English (spoken and written).
