• Welcome members and guests with a friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression. • Handle front desk operations, including check-ins, membership inquiries, and scheduling appointments for group classes and personal training sessions. • Maintain records of memberships, payments, and class schedules, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Provide information about gym services, promotions, fitness classes, and membership options. • Address member concerns, resolve issues promptly, and escalate to management when necessary. • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby. • Support gym activities and events to enhance member engagement and participation. • Process payments for memberships, merchandise, and services efficiently. • Collaborate with fitness coaches and staff to ensure integrated member experience. • Stay updated on gym policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide informed assistance

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness setting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. • Proficient in computer applications and gym management software. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
