• Provide information about gym services, promotions, fitness classes, and membership options.
• Address member concerns, resolve issues promptly, and escalate to management when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
• Support gym activities and events to enhance member engagement and participation.
• Process payments for memberships, merchandise, and services efficiently.
