Set up lighting, backdrops, and camera equipment; adjust settings for optimal exposure, focus, and color accuracy. Collaborate with creative directors,  and marketers to understand project goals and deliverables. Organize, tag, and archive photo assets; manage backups and metadata for easy retrieval. Edit and retouch images using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom); apply color correction and compositing as needed. Prepare and deliver final assets in required formats and resolutions for various channels (print, web, social media). Assist in planning shoots, including location scouting, prop selection, and scheduling. Stay updated on current photography trends, techniques, and software updates to continually enhance quality. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Photography, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field. Career level: Trainee with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a professional setting. Demonstrated photography portfolio or samples showing creativity, technical skill, and versatility. Fundamental knowledge of lighting, composition, exposure, white balance, and color management. Proficiency with photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom; basic retouching skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities; capable of taking direction and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Willingness to work flexible hours, including events or shoots outside standard business times, as needed. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
