The Hotel Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling costs related to food, beverages, supplies, and operational expenses to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards. This role works closely with purchasing, stores, kitchen, finance, and management teams.

Skills


- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.

- Strong knowledge of F&B operations and cost control procedures.

- Proficient in MC or My Inventory systems (specifically for F&B operations).

- HACCP or Food Safety certification is a plus.

- Must hold a transferable Visa 18 (Local Transfer).

- Immediate availability is preferred.

- Work Location: City Hotel – Kuwait
