We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team at one of the retail shops in Al Kuwait, focused on watches. The Brand Manager will be instrumental in shaping and executing the brand strategy for our client, ensuring that the brand stands out in a competitive market and resonates with watch enthusiasts and consumers alike. This role demands a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the retail shop's goals and objectives. You will conduct market research to identify trends in the watch industry, understand consumer preferences, and analyze competitor strategies. Your insights will guide the creation of compelling marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's unique value proposition.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to branding across all channels. You will oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring that all brand communications are consistent and reflect the brand's identity. Responsibilities:

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in the retail or luxury goods sector, preferably in watches.
  2. Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and management principles.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  4. Creative thinker with a strong passion for storytelling and brand narrative development.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.

  7. Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  8. Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  9. Understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the luxury retail sector.
  10. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
