We are looking for a skilled Lab Technician to join our team in Kuwait, specifically within the construction and building industry. Responsibilities:

1. Perform laboratory tests on construction materials such as concrete, soil, asphalt, and aggregates to determine their physical and chemical properties.
2. Prepare samples for testing, including sampling, mixing, and curing, to ensure accurate results in accordance with industry standards.
3. Document test results meticulously and maintain accurate records in laboratory information systems for quality control and compliance purposes.
4. Analyze test data and provide detailed reports to engineers and project managers, highlighting any issues that may affect project integrity.
5. Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and operated in accordance with safety protocols and quality standards.
6. Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs to enhance laboratory efficiency and reliability of results.
7. Assist in the training of junior laboratory staff and interns on testing procedures and safety practices.
8. Stay current with advancements in laboratory technologies and methodologies relevant to the construction industry.
