As we expand across Kuwait and the GCC, we are looking for a driven and experienced SaaS Sales Executive to join our team.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our suite of SaaS platforms to businesses across various sectors. You must have hands-on experience in SaaS sales, the ability to identify client needs, and the drive to close deals efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of B2B sales cycles, and the ability to present software solutions clearly to decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across Kuwait and the GCC.
- Conduct product demos and presentations for business clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and improve our software offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in SaaS or software sales.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable conducting product demos and explaining technical features.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and able to work independently.
- GCC market experience is a plus.

Proven SaaS Sales Ability
Track record of selling subscription-based software to businesses, with consistent achievement of targets.
Strong Technical Understanding
Ability to understand software features, integrations, dashboards, APIs, and explain them in simple business terms.
Consultative Selling
Skilled in identifying pain points, offering tailored solutions, and building long-term client relationships.
Presentation & Demo Skills
Confident in delivering live product demos, online or in-person, and adapting presentations to different industries.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Experience in generating leads, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and using CRM tools effectively.
Negotiation & Closing Skills
Ability to handle objections, build trust, and close deals efficiently and professionally.
Communication Skills (Arabic & English)
Clear verbal and written communication, able to speak with managers, IT teams, and decision-makers.
Market Awareness
Understanding of the GCC business landscape, especially Kuwait, including decision cycles and corporate structures.
Time Management & Organization
Ability to manage multiple deals, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate sales reports.
Adaptability
Capable of quickly learning new software products and adjusting sales strategies as the product evolves.
