We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our dynamic team at our educational institution in Salwa, Kuwait. As an Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our school's operations. Your primary focus will be on optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and supporting the overall mission of delivering high-quality education to our students. You will collaborate with various departments, manage resources effectively, and contribute to the development of operational strategies that align with the school’s goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of the school, ensuring compliance with educational regulations and policies.
  2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Coordinate with academic and administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and assist in financial planning to support operational needs.
  5. Conduct regular assessments of operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  6. Facilitate staff training and development programs to enhance operational capabilities.
  7. Assist in the maintenance of school facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
  8. Prepare and present reports on operational performance to stakeholders, including school management and the board.
  9. Support the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, ensuring alignment with the school’s operational goals.
  10. Act as a liaison between the school and external stakeholders, including suppliers and service providers.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in operations management, preferably within an educational environment.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  9. Commitment to the mission and values of the educational institution.
  10. Fluency in English, with proficiency in Arabic being an advantage.
