About The Role
To lead substation EPC projects in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecyclefrom tendering to executionand establishing the substation department. Candidates must have delivered 34 substation projects locally and possess strong knowledge of MEW procedures, engineering standards, and local compliance.

About You
An ideal candidate would have the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 1215 years of experience in substation EPC projects.
- At least 34 completed substation projects (132kV to 400kV) in Kuwait is a must.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait's MEW tender procedures, specifications, and project documentation processes.
- Proven experience in departmental leadership, costing, engineering, subcontracting, and execution.
- Familiarity with IEC standards, GCC electrical codes, and Kuwaiti regulatory environment.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- PMP certification is a plus.
