Job Summary:
You’ll be responsible for selling premium cars, guiding customers through their buying journey, promoting offers, and ensuring a top-tier test drive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide warm hospitality
- Answer questions about vehicles, pricing, and credit terms
-Demonstrate vehicle features and recommend suitable models
-Quote prices, warranties, and delivery timelines per brand SOP
-Follow up post-sale to resolve issues and offer support
- Provide catalogs and product samples
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure test drives are conducted when needed
-Drive customer satisfaction and feedback scores
-Participate in brand-related projects
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Marketing (preferred)
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive industry (Prestige Cars)
-Male candidates
-Must be bilingual (Arab)
-Must be locally available in Kuwait
-Age: 26–30 years
-Working Hours: 8-hour shifts between 8 AM – 8 PM, 6 days/week
