The Foreman - Heavy Equipment position is a pivotal role within our dynamic team. 4. Train and mentor junior staff on equipment operation and safety procedures, fostering a culture of safety and continuous learning within the team.
5. Prepare detailed reports on equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and any incidents, providing insights that support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
6. Assist in the procurement of new equipment, evaluating options based on project requirements and budget constraints to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational capability.
