Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate heavy vehicles, including trucks and construction machinery, to transport materials to job sites, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
2. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, checking for mechanical issues and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to maintain operational integrity.
3. Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to determine transportation needs and logistics, optimizing routes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Load and unload materials, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques to prevent damage and ensure safety during handling.
5. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption, providing reports to management for tracking and analysis purposes.
