المسؤوليات الأساسية
- تركيب الألواح الشمسية على الأسطح والهياكل المثبتة على الأرض.
- تركيب أنظمة التعليق والتأكد من زوايا ولاء الألواح واتجاهها الصحيح.
- تركيب وتوصيل كابلات DC بين الألواح الشمسية.
- تركيب العواكس ولوحات الحماية والمكونات الكهربائية ذات الصلة.
- المساعدة في اختبار النظام والتكليف وفحص السلامة.
- تنظيف الألواح الشمسية والصيانة الوقائية الروتينية.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات السلامة في الموقع والإرشادات التقنية.
المهارات
- شهادة الثانوية أو شهادة تقنية في الطاقة الشمسية أو التكنولوجيا الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تركيب أو صيانة أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية (PV).
- معرفة أساسية بأنظمة الكهرباء ومكونات الطاقة الشمسية PV.
- القدرة على العمل في الهواء الطلق وعلى ارتفاعات آمنة.
- موثوق، منضبط، وقادر على العمل بفعالية كجزء من فريق.

Electronica for Electrical Appliances is a Kuwait-based company providing integrated solutions across Electrical Appliances and Renewable Energy, with a focus on reliable products, professional engineering, and technical support.
Electronica is seeking a Solar Energy Technician to join its team in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
- Install solar panels on rooftops and ground-mounted structures.
- Install mounting systems and ensure correct panel angles and orientation.
- Install and connect DC cables between solar panels.
- Install inverters, protection panels, and related electrical components.
- Assist with system testing, commissioning, and safety checks.
- Perform solar panel cleaning and routine preventive maintenance.
- Follow all site safety procedures and technical guidelines.
Skills
- Diploma or technical certification in solar energy, electrical technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar PV installation or maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar PV components.
- Ability to work outdoors and safely at heights.
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
