Tasks and Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery and equipment according to maintenance plans established by management.
• Clean machinery, equipment, and work areas and follow all instructions issued by the direct supervisor.
• Prepare the required tools, equipment, materials, and instruments for inspection, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate with the direct supervisor to ensure the availability of required spare parts.
• Apply all workplace health and safety principles and procedures during maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with other maintenance teams involved in maintenance and repair activities.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical machinery and equipment according to the instructions of the direct supervisor.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
• Prepare technical reports on the condition and performance of mechanical equipment.
• Train and guide junior workers on basic mechanical maintenance activities.
• Participate in developing and improving preventive maintenance plans for mechanical equipment.
• Maintain professional ethics and prioritize the company's interests in all activities.
• Perform any other duties within the scope of the position as assigned by the supervisor.
