Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cyber Security Specialist, based in Kuwait city. The Cyber Security Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the security of applications, networks, and information systems. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring systems for vulnerabilities, designing and implementing security measures, managing cybersecurity protocols, and responding to potential security breaches. The role also involves regular assessments to enhance overall organizational security. Qualifications Proficiency in Application Security and securing software applications Knowledge and expertise in Cybersecurity concepts and practices Experience in Network Security and safeguarding IT infrastructure Strong understanding of Information Security to protect sensitive data Sophisticated analytical skills to identify risks and potential cyber threats Capability to implement and maintain compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
