Role Description We are seeking a full-time Office Manager to join our team at our Kuwait City office. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the team’s organizational needs. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, ensuring smooth communication internally and externally, and assisting with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees. The role also involves ensuring an efficient and professional work environment for all team members.
Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage office operations, scheduling, and supplies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team support and client interaction Experience with administrative tools, basic HR functions, and office software Ability to work independently, remain detail-oriented, and effectively prioritize tasks Familiarity with digital marketing and web development processes is an added advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
