Key Responsibilities* Manage daily baking operations and production schedules* Prepare, bake, and finish a wide range of breads, pastries, and baked goods* Develop, test, and standardize recipes to ensure consistency and quality* Supervise, train, and schedule bakers and baking assistants* Monitor product quality, portioning, and presentation* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations* Order ingredients and supplies; manage inventory and minimize waste* Maintain and oversee proper use and maintenance of baking equipment* Control production costs and assist with pricing and yield management*Coordinate with management, front-of-house, or sales teams to meet demand* Introduce new products and seasonal offerings as needed
