Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Dispatcher, located in Herafi Ardiya, Kuwait. The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching staff and vehicles efficiently to ensure seamless operations. They will maintain clear communication, monitor progress, update relevant stakeholders, and promptly address any concerns. Other responsibilities include maintaining logs, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company protocols and standards.
Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills for scheduling and coordinating operations effectively Effective communication and interpersonal skills to maintain transparency with staff and stakeholders Proficiency in record-keeping, report preparation, and using relevant software tools Ability to respond promptly and solve problems under time-sensitive conditions Familiarity with logistics, dispatching procedures, and relevant industry standards Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in transportation or logistics is a plus
