Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Hostess at MINI AND MANY. The Cafe Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining phone etiquette, and ensuring smooth communication with guests on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in managing reservations
- Phone Etiquette proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent
